REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
Due to the sensitive nature of what we do here at Habiba’s Roots, I do not accept returns unless there is damage to the item that is not related to a choice you have chosen with the design.
I provide images of jewellery for you to choose from and although I strive for pieces to be similar, every item I create is unique. All cremation ashes, hair and fur are very different and will sit differently within each piece of jewellery.
If there is a fault with jewellery, please send an email explaining the fault with a photograph to habibasroots@yahoo.com and I will assess the damage. If the fault is with materials or craftmanship I will agree to a return and fix the issue, returning your jewellery to you thereafter.
I offer 12 months free aftercare for wear and tear (re-polishing, deep cleans, resin polishing), this does not extend to chains.
Jewellery purchased over 12 months ago and is damaged due to wear and tear can be returned for a chargeable service at the cost of the customer.
I am unable to give refunds for any jewellery purchased at Habiba’s Roots.
